In this video, I break out my own book, Transformative Tactics, to discuss an important bit of information: "The Shoulds".

Very common "shoulds" in our culture include:
earning a high school diploma and college degree, working for the man,
be drop-dead gorgeous,
have & raise 2.5 children, own your own home, own at least 2 vehicles, be a football fan (or sports fan in general), be patriotic,
be able to eat a pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream without gaining an ounce of weight,
glorify the act of being busy,
watch the news, watch sitcom television so that you can make conversation with co-workers, purchase unnecessary gifts for people at the holidays (even though the gift will likely go unused and collect dust),
be nice by doing everything people want you to do,
don't step on other people's toes, own the latest and greatest gadgets and/or fashions to impress your friends, and the list goes on and on.
