In this video, I briefly discuss why it might feel like other people are taking advantage of you. Most people don't feel like they are being walked all over until they reach a breaking point when they just can't take on that extra task anymore.
With that being said, watch the video here:
Think about it:
>> How many times do you get to do what you want to do when you're with your friends, family, co-workers, or partner?
>> Are you always doing what other people ask you to do?
>> Do you feel guilty or bad if you have to say NO to someone?
>> Do you think people see you as really easy-going?
>> How can you treat yourself with more respect so that others show you more respect?
>> How can you show yourself love & worth so that others see more of your worth?
>> Do you often feel depressed or lonely when the person that loves you more than you love myself isn't around?
You're probably such a great person and give so much to others… but you MUST give to yourself. Give yourself compassion, love, respect, and acknowledge your worth. Because that's what you give so much to other people. Give it to yourself so that other people will be more willing to give it back to you, too!
